The flowers were perfect and so was the card! She loved the vase and it was just like the picture. Only thing missing is the happy birthday ballon wasn’t in the order - maybe it fell off because ot was left on a ledge in the mailroom.

All around excellent experience with Our Secret Garden. I was able to place an online order from out of state and the bouquet that was delivered to my giftee was just as gorgeous as the online photos. She was super happy with the actual product and mentioned the owners are extremely nice people. That tidbit did not surprise me in the least- the care and artistry that goes into their work make it clear they care about their products and their customers.

It was very important for the flowers I ordered to be lovely and to arrive on time to my sister's house. I chose Our Secret Garden in Seattle from other reviews I saw online. They did an excellent job with pretty blooms and on-time delivery with good follow up. I will use them again for sure! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for trusting Our Secret Garden with such an important delivery and for sharing your experience. I'm glad the blooms arrived on time and made a lovely impression at your sister's house-your kind words mean a lot. We look forward to helping you with your next bouquet.

It was easy to place the order over the phone. Got confirmation number as soon as the order was placed. Received a text that the flowers were out for delivery. Received another text as soon as the flowers were delivered. The bouquet of flowers that were delivered were exactly what was stated on the website. Doesn’t get any better or easier than that. Would most definitely order from here again!!

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
